We Have a New Moderator

Post by Davo » Mon Oct 13, 2014 1:58 pm

Ladies & Gentlemen,

I wish to Congratulate and Welcome Narmnaleg (Fab) to the Moderator team....

Please go easy on him during his learning phase....I'm confident that Fab will be a very valueable member of the Moderator team as he has been to the forum as a member.

Just keep in mind that we Mods are only human doing this voluntarily because we love it here and we want to make this forum continuously be the best there is....sometimes we make mistakes....we try and do our best but stuff happens sometimes. Any real important stuff will get discussed between us so sometimes we need to pull or split topics to put the offending post in the Sin Bin where it'll be discussed or ditched or even at times re-enstated.

So...for the new members out there, the Mod team are now as follows:

Paulr.....Forum Founder and Administrator

Davo.....Forum Administrator & Moderator

Gumb (Ian)....Forum Administrator & Moderator

Narmnaleg ( Fab)......Forum Moderator

So please join us in welcoming Narmnaleg into his new Position.

Cheers

Davo

Thanks for your kind words everyone.

Over the last 4 years this forum has played an important role for me. It started with a Genesis E320 followed by a cheap ebay kettle and now my deck has been taken over by cooking tools that I'm still trying to come to grips with (at least I get to eat my mistakes). I have gained knowledge and benefitted greatly from the collective wisdom that prevails here and I thought it was about time I give something back.
I very much see this role as an opportunity, a privilege and a responsibility. I will always do my best as part of the Mod team to do what's best for our members and am always open to constructive feedback should you wish to provide some.

Cheers,
Narmnaleg
