Will be interesting but there must be a few Aussie pitmasters they could interview too ?

Interesting, thanks for posting the link. The comment about bbq becoming more popular and being taken up by large commercial companies and thus causing prices to rise is a worry. Not now maybe but down the track.

I had a giggle at his comments about the mcRib being a rib shaped patti formed from minced pork :shock:
