Christmas Eve @ Wingman's

Post by Wingman »

Every year we get a bunch of deli meats, wieners, smoked sausage & cheeses from a local German deli. With this I cook up some of my Cherry Dr. Pepper injected pork for BBQ pulled pork and some tater salad and beans. We have our family over and allot of adult beverages are always on hand. This year was no exception. We had a great time. We all ate good and enjoyed each others company. Gus played the part of Santa's Reindeer most the night until he got a belly full of pulled pork and wieners and then he was out cold. I think he may have got into some beer too. He's funny that way!

Happy Holidays all! :D

That dog knows his BBQ! He knows when pulled pork is about to happen and he starts drooling on my hardwood floors when I start trimming the fat. By the time I'm pulling pork he's blowing bubbles out his jowls and making puddles on the floor. I can't help but give him some. He eats a plate full and then he's off to bed. We suffer through the night as he fires audible flatulence across our bows.
