Must be about time to get the next BBQ Competition up and running. How about Desserts for a theme ths time?

She wont be there, but the Pelletheads.com dessert Members have set the bar pretty high in the last couple of years, 3 top 40's in the last 3 years, and ITC1 tied for 1st in 2011 with one of 2 Perfect 180's!

I think there must be a pic around here somewhere of a chocolate pizza made with IPA rendered lamb fat as the shortening?

But I am so in. Aint no thang for a Traeger. No one will vote for it of course but that's hardly the point really :D

i may have a problem........

i dont generally eat dessert i just have a third helping. So if I put up lamb shoulder does that count?

Bacon Candy would be a desert :shock:

I've done the maple chili candied bacon and it's pretty damn moreish. Pretty good with bacon and egg icecream too
