Post by SlothYobbo »

This is a marinade i got out of the herald sun newspaper, 20 yrs ago, it goes great with ribs, wings.

1 cup tomato sauce
3/4 cup worchestershire sauce
3/4 cup raw sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbspn each of chilli, garlic, ginger and coriander
Nobody tells me what to do, not even me.

This looks great.... I'm keen to give it a try...

Just wondering if the chilli, ginger etc are fresh and finely chopped, or are we talking dried powders??

Cheers for the recipe... Will let you know how she goes!!

Balance looks good..careful with the sugar...for grilling that's gonna burn..especially with the tomato past hanging on to the parts. If it drips fairly clean... not such an issue. Surprised not to see some onion.
