whats a good marinade to use in an injector
whats a good marinade to use in an injector (not brought type)? Have tryed a few brought types, but seem to be too sickly, or am i putting to much in?

keep the salt down ,you want to influence not overpower or cure.

I agree with titch. The best Brisket I have made so far was injected with beef stock.

Hi Dane here one of my marinade to use in an injector all use it to bast the out side as it cooks as well. MM
MOUNTAIN GRILLER SAUCE (Gorilla Juice)

1 1/2 Cups. apple cider
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/4c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. Smoked paprika
1 1/2 tsp. Tobasco sauce
1/3cup. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup of Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp. finely ground Rosemary
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Keep warm while using. Use a meat injection kit pump with marinate needle and pump in to the cooking meat, in different spots about every 1/2 hour to hour. .. Makes the best Pulled Pork you eat but I've used it on chickens, lamb & beef.
