I made some of this today. Halved the recipe and made enough for 6x250 ml jars. There are only 5 jars in the pic because I have lost one jar somewhere.
8 cups peeled chopped tomatoes
3 onions chopped
4 peppers chopped
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1/2 tablespoon celery salt
1/2 tablespoon maustrd seeds
2 tablespoon salt
6 Goatsweed chillies
Bring to boil and boil gently for 2 hours stirring occasionally.
Water bath for 20 mins.
It is a very rich spicy sauce with a mild chilli hit.
The beauty of this recipe is that you can make it as hot or mild as you like.
Try 20 habs or 10 nagas for a good chilli hit.
