1kg of baby octopus
1tbl spoon oregano
1/2 cup of olive oil
2tbl spoons lemon juice
1t spoon of dried chilli flakes
2 habanero chillies
2 birds eye chillies.
Clean the baby octopus. Finley chop the chillies. Combine all the ingredients and allow to marinade in the fridge over night in a sealed container.
Soak some bamboo skewers. Load them up with the octopus.
Direct grill them for about 3 minutes each side.
Serve and enjoy.
