Hey all,
Here is some pictures of smoked trout I have done.
Turned out a treat first time I did trout so I stick to the same recipe.

Very nice looking Trout.

If the recipe works, change nothing.

Thanks Angryman65...yeah I fluked that recipe that's for sure, but sometimes you do get lucky.
From memory I did 18 fish that day in 3 different smokers as a test and all went well.
