Hi

I have just been given some Fidler Crabs (seriously no jokes) any cooking tips.

They are alive so thought I would boil them on a high rate and then strip their flesh and add to some pasta?

No idea. There are pretty small crab aren't they? With one larger claw, I think the effort to get the meat would be exhausting.

With love crabs, put in the freezer for 30mins to put to sleep. Then into boiling water.
