Grilled Barramundi portions with a quick Greek Salad

Post by shayneh2006 »

Well, I finally got to grill up that Bara that Woolworths had on special this week.

I posted the deal here
http://www.aussiebbq.info/forum/viewtop ... &start=150.

I purchased two bags but wanted to try it before I went for more.

After a try, yes, I will be cashing in on some more of this tomorrow.

The recipe, I went with what was on the back of the pack with a few twists to adapt it to the grill over Charcoal.

Thaw the Fish

Meanwhile, make the salad.

Diced Tomatoes
Diced Lab Cues
Handfull of Kalamata Olives
Diced Feta Cheese
1/2 red onion finely sliced
Lettuce
Few sprigs fresh Oregano, chopped.
2x tbsp. Olive oil
2x tbsp. Lemon juice.
S&P

Tzakziki

Combine to make a salad

Heat Grill to medium

Rub Barra with EVOO then season.

and lightly grill

Plate and drizzle with some Tzakziki

The Barra was real good :P
