Marinated some prawns in 3 Tbspn Honey, 1 crushed Garlic, 1 small chopped Chilli, Zest & Juice 2 lime, 1 Tbspn Coriander,2cm ginger grated and 2 tbspn Oil - marinate 3 hours then put them on skewers

Cooked them over charcoal on the Hibachi (CI) - basting with the marinade up front

Served with Rice and a Mango Salsa (1 Mango, Red Onion diced, Chilli chopped, 2 x Tomato chopped, 2 Tbspn chopped Coriander and Zest and Juice of 1 lime)

Had a nice crisp wine to go with it - yum!
