Start with 1 big green prawn. Peel it, butterfly it, crumb it, deep fry it. Your gonna need a knife and fork.

Haha.. no off the coast of Nth Qld I think. Definitely product of Australia. They are sometimes called 'leader prawns'. By the way the one in front is my plastic reference prawn from the Sydney fish markets.
