Pepper Berry & Lemon Myrlte Salmon with BBQ mango salsa
mix of Tassie Pepper Berries & Aussie Lemon Myrtle powder & Murray River Pink Salt & oil with a little chilli & Garlic & Ginger to make a paste rub on cuttel marinated for 2 hours, dice up mango add a little chilli & Garlic & Ginger plus a little lime juice , cook cuttel of Salmon on BBQ plate 7 minutes each side , once you turn it start cooking the Mango Salsa on the same BBQ plate, serve with BBQ snowpeas & Pomegranate pearls.

This one I did for the comp but I mist out getting it in any I have so much fun cooking it I had to share it I think it's a winner. MM :P

That looks awesome MM. I like to add a bit of Lemon Myrtle after cooking as a seasoning as well as before. Hot little numbers those Pepperberries. They go really well in a rub
