Looks really good SM.
I'm not the biggest fan of salmon But I reckon I would definitely go that.

Excuse my ignorance but that is ready to eat now right? Just slice and munch?

Hey Gnol,

Yes, that should be ready to eat, it will benifit from being kept in the bag for a day or two.

I'm with you, not a fan of smoked salmon, I prefer the smoked ocean trout, that said, I love my own home smoked salmon, it's nothing like the commercial product!
