Yes a great looking cook from that bloke in Melbourne! ...and yes 2dogs...nothing wrong with redgum!...reminds me of exactly the same thing...wood heaters and open fires you couldn't get near....all running on redgum! And now redgum pellets in my GMG...just great!

That's a pretty good looking cook.
I had Ton's of Red gum that we used with our pizza Oven, offset and open grill type pit.
Chris steered we right on how to use the fuel.
As stated, small splits added after a good hot coal base, Red gum makes a great tasting flavour as long as your not smouldering bits.
lasts long and cooks hot.
Your going to impress a lot with your cooks mate
