So many pictures getting around of awesome looking beefies so I thought it would be in my best interest to do some myself for dinner tonight. A quick visit to my local awesome butcher and picked up a fantastic looking 3kg slab of Cape Grim Beefies a quick trim a liberal dusting with some Tatonka Dust and into a 250f ProQ with oak wood, cook time looking at 8hrs I reckon.

I'll add the pics of the finished product later tonight.

Damn Steaksy. That's looking delicious already. I might have to get me some of that Tatonka dust I'm thinking.
Keen to see how it looks after it's spent it's Saturday in the smoker.
Cheers.
