Hi guys thanks for the info. So here is a picture of the draw. IT WORKS. Unfortunately I have to paint it myself this weekend as our painter has messed us around. Just a bit time limited to get my website up and running. We have signed a deal with a new painter so the first sold ones off the line will be a full spectrum delicious paint job. I hope this one comes out ok though

How does the cooking chamber go without the counter weight? Not to heavy?

Well its actually not to heavy, one thing I didn't consider though was if you get a huge gust of wind and it falling back down. I'm thinking we may add one as an extra if people want it. We want to keep costs down for people so may offer a basic model like this one with extras that they can apply In the shop.

All right team. It's finished. Bar the fact I had an issue with my original painter and I had to paint the test model myself. It's works just great. We now have a new painter on board and our first production models start in a couple of weeks. We will be changing handles. Changing the way we build and a few nuts and bolts. Drove over one of my tel tru thermometers so that sucked and we could only put one on our trial model. But all in all we are super happy with the smoker. Attached are a couple of pics. I hope you all enjoy. It's been a long long journey and we are happy to cook our first pork shoukder tomorrow. I'll post results.
