Chinese classic, I cooked a crispy skin chicken with a black vinegar sauce with chilies, ginger and garlic chives. This is one dish that is superb hot, and sublime cold. Best cold chicken I have ever eaten, bar none! http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/x370/IBuccaneer/DSC_0176_zpspnrcb69y.jpg Thanks...

Nath Thanks man! Invite me next time and I will cook for you al...

Had some WA squid and wanted to eat something spicy. Made a Korean charred squid dish that rawked! Marinated overnight. http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/x370/IBuccaneer/DSC_0183_zpsyb52k8va.jpg http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/x370/IBuccaneer/DSC_0186_zpsehnbsxpp.jpg Spicy with a sweet note, t...

Thanks Wazza, love salmon. We eat at least half of all we buy from this market raw, sashimi. This was a quick no fuss lunch that I really enjoyed. I agree on the flaps, love em! Simple rib eye because I got suckered when I was in Woolies looking for something else. Saw them on sale, 6 cms thick. Big...

Did a FR Chook on the Kamado, dry Italian herb seasoning and whacked it on at 250f with a little smoke, rising temp to 450f. I always misjudge chook but just keep trying, and caught this one just a smidge past my target so happy with that. http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/x370/IBuccaneer/DSC_0183...

Been missing my Asian food lately. Found some beef back strap in the freezer so I took care of business. BOOM! Beef Soy Chum with garlic, capsicum, straw mushrooms, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/x370/IBuccaneer/DSC_0173_zpszvzgfcwl.jpg http://i1178.photobuck...

BBQ hickory smoked pork belly ribs with a home made sauce and glaze. Tomato, honey, star anise and a half dozen other secret ingredients including ACV. Take a look at the size of these, so rare to get such huge piggies into Aussie butcher shops, and the supermarkets never ever ever ever... Shared wi...
