To my knowledge, the worlds best selling Kamado isn't oval. Have a mate with a Primo and have cooked on it a few times now. I like it. These are some observations using other things. The thing you use the most (the lid) is very heavy. Outer wall construction thinner than other Kamados. Anything flow...

16 with a rest done at 250 grate temp till 200 internal. No wrapping crap to mushy the bark. Big piece of fatty meat with plenty of blood. Will likely end up 4.5 lean and fantastic.
