This may seem a strange Question,I have used this oven for 5 hour ribs,at about 60c,great outcome.
Can I use this oven as a Smoker? Cheers.

I have successfully used a stainless colander as a smoke maker.
Using redgum chips,light the fire,get it burning and place in the preheated bbq hood down.
Colanders make cheap affordable fire grates.
