I just wet them with a little water enough to soak the pellets and use them moist. works a real treat. I've been use them like that since I started using pellet about 5 years ago. after all they are only compressed sawdust/wood chips. MM

Hi Tororm, good luck with you big cook up, I've got the HarkGas Smoker same is the old Aldi.
