Has anyone tried the Aldi cheese Kranski?? Almost as good as European kranskis... nice and smokey.
I mainly grill mine but will try to smoke the next ones...

Same as Davo I empty mine after 3 or 4 cooks... I just make sure the ashes never gets too high...

Umm Weber Q with half the are as flat plate?? Versatile and should do you if you get one of the bigger Q's (yeah yeah I ike my webers) but a ziggy would do the trick as well??

We moved up North to Queensland (Sunshine Coast) but still keep in contact with our many friends on the beaches (Go Manly).
