Re: Oh...My...God!

Welcome to the wonderful world of BBQ.
Gotta point out tho, there is no charcoal in your pics.
Americans seem prone to diluting the language by calling briquettes charcoal, but charcoal is a pure wood carbon product

Got a spare snagged?

Kiwi brand knife from the two dollar shop sharpened on a cheap sharpener that takes slivers of metal off. Razor sharp and you can buy one every week and still be ahead of almost any other brand  Oh really? I have some Japanese master crafted knives that are 27 years old, I have used them, enj...

The Beef Shop got some really meaty pork riblets in. I rubbed them with a Honey Pecan rub my mate sent me from the awesome range available in the USA, and smoked them over hickory till they were tender and delicious! So good! http://i1283.photobucket.com/albums/a542/Generalissmo/DSC_0138_zps75e8t2ku...

Yum, the German fare looks fantastic burb! Yes, I have done it again, a curry! This one is a Bangladesh style chicken curry, rich tomato and spiced saffron with simply the best condiment out there, a little dollop of Karma Hand Made's Spiced Mango Chutney. To be honest, we eat this with sliced apple...
