That looks fantastic. Forgive my silly question but was that cooked with lid up or down? What temp was it cooked at? Hi mate, It was cooked lid down and only opening periodically to check the internal temp. Can't remember the exact temp but when I use the JT I always keep it between 175-200c. Hope ...

Hi, I use Gidgee all the time but you're right, it doesn't add any major flavor. But I like that. I have some Redgum and am looking forward to trying it out.
