Hi, Im the importer of Yoder Smokers & "Fully Loaded" means it comes with everything. In regards to a Yoder 20" Offset Smoker , fully Loaded means it comes with a Tuning Plate, Top Shelf, Professional Temp gauges, cooking grate in firebox & pot warmer. Hope this helps. Cheers...

Yes you can, I know guys who use a tube smoker and they work well.
What temp are you cooking at?
There are other ways of getting more smoke ...
Cook at a lower temp
put your meat in cold
use Oak pellets

My advice is to try ALL the brands available in Australia as the burn time per kg & quality vary ALLOT!
