Cheers gents. Hey, they are the meatiest ribs I have seen forever, unlike belly ribs I have had in the past where the bulk meat,that is usually a different cut (partitioned away by a fat membrane). I used to run the Coleman cannisters like you Hogsy and refill them (which I still do from time to time), but I prefer to hook up a 9kg gas bottle. The canisters have let me down in the past.......
