I don't get these people that buy these expensive grills and never use them? I bought a second hand classic off gumtree a while back and it was 4 years old. Had hardly been used. I could not believe it. How much did you pay?

Davo, you know things are bad when there isn't enough time to BBQ lol!

As for the steaks, I totally agree. Steaks over lump is a different steak all together then over gas. My Q200 does great steaks but still not the same.

Welcome! And I totally agree, you can't have to many BBQ's! I have 2 Kamado Joe classic's, 1 turbo elite and a Webber Baby Q200. And I still want moooooooore!

Hi mate, put the probe from your dome temp gauge into some some boiling water. It should read 212f. There may be a little nutt on the back of it to adjust it.

I did this method on Monday but I did it with a dome temp of 225f. It turned out amazing! I only did the flat though. How did you go getting the whole packer on the classic?

Hi Broady, I get loin Baby Back ribs from Costco. They range from around 1.6 to 2.4 kg each and are $18.99 per kg. They don't sell spare ribs though. They also do beef short ribs but other then that, that's it for the ribs. They do full packet Briskets for around $15 per kg and also whole rib fillet...
