Hi all, For those interested, wholesaler here in WA (thanks for the hookup UG) has Cape Grim brisket in stock. Min order of 1 carton. 5 pcs to a carton. Roughly 18kg per carton (don't sound like they're very big - no idea if this is standard size for Cape Grim). $14 per kg. I'm down for one piece. I...

I'd be down for a group cape grim brisket buy in Metro Perth. Wonder if it we could fit that in logistically for the Bunno crew as well. The wife's off to Tas for work next week and I've asked her to bring me back a couple in her suitcase, but I don't like my chances. You can buy from the dis...

Thanks for that, I always wondered if I could just start the snake by giving one end a going over with the looftlighter, but makes sense to get a small pile going and then place strategically to ensure all will flow smoothly.

Have I told you lately I love you?
That's the setup I had in mind, I must've seen that here before and it stuck somewhere in the bowels of my brain.
You're the best Chris, thanks heaps.

He's got a weber and I've never used one before (I know, I know, be gentle getting stuck in to me). Do I just take out the two c...
