Re: Outdoor fireplace

My plan is to have it 800mm high so I don't have to bend too fa...

Outdoor fireplace
Guys, Just in the early planing stages of an outside fireplace. It will just have three sides and be made of concrete block. The base will be 200 mm of the ground so I don't have to bend as far. The inside dimensions will be 650 x 450mm. My question is should I line it with firebrick or will the con...

Smoked snags
My local butcher makes some awesome sausages. So tonight I thought I'd cooking a simple meal of bangers and mash. But throwing them on the gasser seemed like poor option. I'd like to smoke them, but all the time and temp I've seen seem to point to smoking for preserving then cooking later. I was thi...

Re: Spanish Mack advise
I love Spaniards!!!
I cut the fish in to 1.5 inch cutlets (across the spine), add salt, pepper and lemon then on the BBQ till cooked. Just love the big flavour of this fish, and they put up a great fight as well.

Second rack
Would one of theses fit inside a Dragon Kamado? I'm looking at having a family gathering and need some more space. The Dragon has a warming rack thingy for extra space but it would not hold a pork shoulder.
