But in saying that only 44 posts under Charcoal since 2017. 5 or 6 years ago there would have been 44 posts in charcoal every six hours

It's done and dusted, came out very tasty. 5 hour cook time. Stupid Tapatalk not working, and can't be stuffed shrinking photos. But will post when it works.

Brisket Pot Roast

Well the reduced to clear brisket is away, sitting on 257F. Should be around 6 hours. Or internal temp of 195F. Also put a few small chunks of applewood in there and a handful of mixed chips. I did read yesterday someone doing 4 hours then 2 hours wrapped in foil so I might give that a go try someth...

just brought another, today marked down to $10. and a sachet of McCormacks Tennessee Rub. so will be a monday morning cook, in the Akorn. First time its been used since december. just brought another, today marked down to $10. and a sachet of McCormacks Tennessee Rub. so will be a monday morning cook, in the Akorn. First time its been used since december.

It's still a good forum, especially for the back catolog. But photo bucket did pull most of there images. Think flickr are still up. Facebook bbq pages start of well but quickly get boring, as in a photo of a coles sausage cooking on a grill. Here it was socialising fun entertainment. But it quickly...
