Re: NRL Grand Final Food

Beef Ribs need roughly 7 hours @225F (107C), just salt and pepper rub then set and forget!

Re: Opening drip tray for direct flame on DC mid-cook

With the GMG DC, take out the main deflector and set the sliding direct flame drip pan so it exposes the holes when you slide it DOWN. Sliding it downhill with a pair of tongs should be easy.

Re: Pulled Pork for beginners, by a beginner.

Been an age since I've done pulled pork, but this weekend we have an awesome weather forecast and a new public holiday. Seems to me the best way to celebrate would be setting my chair up next to the WSM in the sun and have the girls pour me beers all day. I'll go back through this thread to refresh...

Re: New Budget Price Pro Offset BBQ Smoker

Love that shot down the barrel into fire chamber Nath I just took a few shots with a full size hotel pan in the bottom to see how it would work as a steambath and heat sink. Plenty of air space under and over the pan, you can see the sliding tuning plates and the cooking grill above. http://i574.ph...
