They look great. I love Beef Cheeks they pack a lot of flavour for a cheap price.
Due to time restraints I do them in a pressure cooker. 45mins & Wow. They always impress.

I did an experiment last night. First time ever.

I buy my Pork from Asian butchers. Usually cheaper & they deal in a lot of pork.
