Probably from a not very clean juice pan = lots of smoke !
Yes, was well over the temp on the meat thermo.
Tasted great, bone not pink but the pink layer under the skin just freaked the sister out.

Does anybody know why webber meat goes red under the surface?
My little blister won't eat any poultry as she reckons its raw, depite the 90 minutes in the webber.

Is anybody else finding heatbeads hard to get? Bunnings has easy light which I wont use, or elcheapo brands that I won't risk. I used to be able to get cheap 10Kg bags but they seem to have vansihed? I'm looking at the Webber BBQ's as well, but I'm worried the procelain will wear off as I always find plain cast iron bars stick.
