Chinese classic, I cooked a crispy skin chicken with a black vinegar sauce with chilies, ginger and garlic chives.This is one dish that is superb hot, and sublime cold. Had a look at a similar thing here in SE QLD. Found Superbutcher already has an annual $50 discount card that knocks off 10% on Cape (similar numbers) and everything else if you cook a bit or somebody plans a bulk buy. They also generously sponsor community competition events and local competing tea...

The problem with a looftlighter is that you have to stand there holding it when you could be prepping food. Stewart No problem here. Use it at the end of the cook too if needed to even up the tan.
