I've been digging, this one? Found it. My wife made this after asking for an American Recipe. Being fair here is a link to ...

Re: East London’s very own Rib Man

It reads like he is foregoing spices and smoke for simple fall off the bone ribs, shredded then whacked on buns. There's definitely a spice rub in there. Re: Do you find it hard to maintain low temp in the weber kettle?

I use 8 lit briquettes to start with and don't struggle.

A Tip Top Temp might help (and it's a reason to buy another BBQ toy  ) It's counter intuitive to use - completely closing the bottom vents is just weird - but it works fantastically for me.

Re: Christmas & New Year Cook-ups 2018

Could be at Gnol's end coz any other topic accepts pics ok...I've tried through the forum's back door but can't find anything to suggest why it wouldn't work on this end. I think it's due to being hosted on Google Photos. Looking at the link within the IMG tags there isn't a file its pointing to - ...

Re: Sunday is Rib Day

Yup, Holy F*ck is the entry level and it's pretty hot. But very tasty with it. Too many hot sauces are just chemically hot, burn with no taste. His other stuff is hotter, a bit too hot for me: Christ on a Bike Holy Mother of God and occasionally as a special edition, Judas is Scary Hot :D He ships t...

Sunday is Rib Day

Sunday is Rib Day. I you get the chance, go see the Rib Man in Brick Lane on Sunday - https://theribman.co.uk/ As that's a bit far to go nowadays I've been working on my own. Put some colour on the ribs using my (new to me) gassser. https://i.imgur.com/Yar76GHh.jpg https://i.imgur.com/xNXpp1Lh.jpg T...
