Ch 33 'the FOOD channel'

 Does anyone here watch the FOOD channel (ch 33) on TV ?? They had a session on making hamburgers the USA way last night Looked interesting seeing the preparation they go to :) They don't appear to have weber/zigy style gas BBQ's there, using mainly wood, or wood substitute, for the smokey ...

Re: Inkbird IBT-2X thermometer

What are you doing with your probe wires? I have read a few posts/forums on the issue and I'm thinking of drilling a hole and passing them through rather than squashing them between the lid and base. Toast Why not just enlarge the small are where the wires lay, just big enough to allow the wires to...

Re: Controlling Weber Baby Q temperature

hi, I just looked at my Baby 'Q' gauge and there is 400 Fahrenheit and no 400 Centigrade, so I'm assuming you mean the 400 F degrees I don't know about others but I pretty well always cook above 400 Fahrenheit from memory as I'm not too sure how accurate the temp gauge is relevant to the cooking tem...

Re: Christmas Holiday Cook-ups

Dave they have to be very thick cut steaks, I ask my butcher to cut them extra thick for the BBQ I use my iphone to time the 4 mins each side at the Roast setting (not maximum) then turn off the gas and turn the steak over, so the griddle marks will give the cross hatched design each side. Then I gu...

If that IS the case you don't need the 'set top box' anymore cause the new 'Smart TV' is digital :D Just use it ONLY connected direct to a TV Arial and see...
