Ill buy one when I'm about 60 I reckon but until then ill continue to light my own fire :twisted: Really interesting that NotoriousPIG now has a YS640 Pellet Grill on order arriving in about 3 weeks time :shock: :shock: :shock: ..... and I dont think he is even close to 60 yet :? That looks fantastic, I will have to give it a try as you recommend 240C

Did you cook it at 220C the whole time?

How long did it take to cook?

How did you know it was ready, just with a skewer?
