Hey Tich, Couldn't find much on the earthwool but your generic rock and glass wool is good in the 200-500 C range. Chips or Chunks for the Magnum? I have a few logs of Pecan I was thinking of putting thru a chipper.

Thanks for the replys, Chris I already had ordered the smokedaddy before I even found the cabinet..the wonders of internet shopping after a few beers eh? lol. I am not really in a position to search for secondhand stuff so would like to source a new element,pid and ssr ,would appreciate any input on...
