Thanks C.B & S. If you were referring to me, I'm definitely friendly, sometimes a smartass, but most assuredly not famous :). The only real challenge is keeping the temp down so the cheese doesn't melt, adding ice to the smoker can raise humidity and that's a problem but I have used 1 liter plastic ...

Leftovers covers a pretty broad range of food. Firstly vac pacing, things last alot longer in the freezer if air cant get to it. Leftover hambones- easy soup. Leftover chicken/duck/beef, bones and carcases make good stock, save till you have enuff for a big batch and freeze in chinese food container...

I bought a summit built in 15 years ago, still going strong after all those years outside and not undercover. It came with a fully insulated stainless surround,it also was delivered by an a guy who installed and tested it. Might be the same with the new models, may account for the extra cost. Withou...

I finally had a go at this recipe and as meat addict says its a cracker, I did it with the help of my friend Tom who has the butchers at Rouse Hill Village,his skill and equipment made it easy to mix and stuff,I smoked and cooked them in my converted fridge smoker. Another option to remove the paint is sand blasting, alot of workshops have cabinets these days, if you ask around I'm sure you could get it done.

I know them, my work truck is a 1975 F100 swb ute. Had it for 30 years, first 10 years everyone liked it,next 10 years everyone told me to upgrade it, last 10 years everyone wants to buy it :)
