Just threw a leg of Lamb in the gasless Weber. I have a Weber temp probe about 15cm long with the gauge on the end. I've always stuck it in the meat,waited 30 seconds or so and them removed it. But maybe its designed to stay in the meat inside the Weber? I'd never thought of leaving it in there. Is ...

WoW. Thanks for the replies and greetings from so many people. You sort of expect the Admin to make a welcome reply, but not all the others as well. Been following the forums here for a while, but wasn't able to register. None of the confirmation codes boxes thingies would work properly. Tried firefox, chrome and even evil Internet explorer. Then also installed Opera, (which I must uninstall when I remember) and nothing worked. Sent an email off...
