If they are fraudulently taking payment it would probably be quicker to inform the companies whom they sell stock for. Probably get a quicker response if they got involved.

Yeah. You just have to keep looking around. Even a Weber compact will do just about everything a normal sized Weber will do.
Seems prices have gone up a lot compared to a few years back. I got rid of a few as I had too many.

Just buy one of everything.
