Are americian gas bottles the same fitting as aus?
Before any one asks it's not for a BBQ but a gas weed killer. Just wondering if the fittings are the same? Also does it work out cheaper to get 20kg+ bottles. I know have 6 x 9kg bottles. Mind you i I bought 3 for $20 empty. And as 4 of my gas appliances are with in 2m of each other it would be simp...

Yea from what I read online a bge felt seal is a big improvement. There is a few vids on YouTube on them. I will say the one I saw did have a heat diffuser unlike the yank ones were its optional extra

It's a char griller akorn brand. Lifted the hood looks like diffuser and a cast iron grill are included.

Baby q is a great BBQ. Season it. Um looks like the go put foil with a few holes in it. Or just let fat drip below. Be sure to get the webber wire brush thingo and look into a temp probe either maverick et 732 or the bunnings $30 job. I also have a spray bottle filled with oil next to BBQ. No other ...

Yea not pink bats but some pink insulation. Um maybee someone is in the know but pink bats come in 3.0,3.5,4 ect is that thickness or fire rating. Cheap gasmate Job. it will I upgrade to a dome one prolly a diy or bunnings version.

Well I'm thinking of modding my pizza oven for more thermal mass and to insulate it better. Firebricks can't really be found locally. Also insulation wise it's only a pizza oven not a fireplace so I don't feel like paying a fortune for a specialized product. Is there a version type of bunnings/maste...

Yea obviously you would keep standard clearances and the like and not totally box in the gas bottle underneath.

Postage is a killer for me but will look at a few other options.
