Re: Whats the Best Knife for Cutting Raw Meat?

Kiwi brand knife from the two dollar shop sharpened on a cheap sharpener that takes slivers of metal off. Razor sharp and you can buy one every week and still be ahead of almost any other brand  Oh really? I have some Japanese master crafted knives that are 27 years old, I have used them, enj...

Re: Coffee Roasting

Can't imagine you would get an even roast in a Kamado, Every coffee roaster I have seen has a stirrer of some sort to agitate the beans, if you had them in a Kamado they would burn on one side.

I use a KKTO and do 5-600 grams at a time, then run them through my Kompak K3 WBC and Rocket Giotto.

Re: Looftlighter back in bunnings

My looftlighter of many years carked it tonight. Anyone seen them lurking around the eastern suburbs of Melbourne? Did you see my post above yours where they were $15 in Mentone? :? Was at Hoppers Crossing again today and they still had a pallet ($15 each) but Altona has about 4 left (at $20 each)
