Hey all.. I was in Costco today and noticed they had racks of "Pork Loin Ribs (Back)" for sale. They were anywhere from 1.5kg to over 2kg, and I was wondering if they're just a meaty baby back rib rack, which is normally 1kg or less? If I buy them for my pellet smoker do I need to trim the...
