Re: Anyone modded their WSM?
Here's a couple of accessories I've added to my 1983 model WSM. Could be the oldest WSM in OZ so I'm not to keen on adding or drilling into the old girl. I added a nomex gasket to the door too http://i1165.photobucket.com/albums/q585/joelhogston/9F530114-7456-47B2-90ED-A02715EA9A65_zpsvoiypa3g.png h...

Re: Gas issues after NG conversion.
What size gas line is installed at your house?
I had the same problem with a 4 burner. Was told it was because I only had 1/2 inch copper and needed 3/4 inch copper to get the extra gas volume to the BBQ . I ended up buying a NG Weber Q and it works perfectly

Re: Be the next BBQ Champion
Thanks Smokey and CS, it was the first time I've been part of anything like this and I really enjoyed it
It was a lot different to the usual BBQ comps I've entered and just as much fun

Gyro's on the kettle
I want to cook some gyros/ donner kebabs for a BBQ on the weekend. I was hoping to use chicken and I've got the the bread, sauces and salads organised. There's just a few things I'm not sure about, like cuts of meat and marinades Was thinking of using chicken thighs and maybe some lamb, not sure wha...
