What size gas line is installed at your house?
I had the same problem with a 4 burner. Was told it was because I only had 1/2 inch copper and needed 3/4 inch copper to get the extra gas volume to the BBQ . I ended up buying a NG Weber Q and it works perfectly

Thanks Smokey and CS, it was the first time I've been part of anything like this and I really enjoyed it
It was a lot different to the usual BBQ comps I've entered and just as much fun
