Gave it a try on chicken wings, set webber kettle up with vortex and charchole best wings we have ever had ,no more panco crumbs here, pork crackling is available in all super markets around here, great post Titch good stuff. sorry no pics.

Good one Mate happened to me a while back trying to crackle pork, get's a clean every couple of months now. Been lucky haven't had a fire in bob yet

I don't have a problem with power outages, my bob grillson has a 12V battery built in works a treat.

Hi Dane .
Just having a bit of a look and it brought back some good memories , son and his wife are at port Philip bay every weekend and having a good run on snapper there will be more fish either smoked or baked soon.

Hi Guys as the weather warms up I think i will soon have to harvest my rainbows from the aquaponic system, when water temp gets to 27c the will die, I will use a Bradley demerara type cure and maple syrup with a few other bits and stuff chucked in for the rub and into the fridge over nite hot smoked...

Had a play yesterday put bob through all temp ranges using oak pellets three different brands cant really see much difference in them.
