Hi all,

How many days would you think it safe to keep BBQ'd wings in the fridge after vacuum sealing?

Grill two chicken thighs and some bacon over charcoal then sandwich the bacon between the thighs with your cheese of choice.
In our house it's called Cordon Dave

Yep, like Gumb said, depending on what style of cook your doing its a couple of beers to get to a stable temp.
