I like the new firmware, now the grill runs a light blue smoke the whole time, not massive smoke or no smoke like it used too.

runs heaps more efficiently too.

V5.8 Hot setting.

Karubi plate, 9+ marbling and trimmed the fat cap to 6mm.

Hotter or longer to render beef fat?

Hi

Had some beef that was very fatty, would I cook it longer or hotter to cook out the fat?

Was cooked 14 hours at 225 F.

Bark was amazing, GMG texas pellets.

Cooked some wings (again) as my relatives are dropping by all the time and asking for them. The wings burnt on the back side of the grill and were raw at the front of the grill. Kobe Karubi Plate

Git my hands on some Kobe beef Karubi plate cut.

It is described as boneless ribs. 9+ marbling, Australia only goes to 9, but they claim it rates as 12 on international scales.

How to cook?
