What determines the output of a gas burner...?

I use a Italian spiral burner with a medium pressure adjustable reg for my home brewing. It will bring about 70 L to a boil in about 20 minutes .

I've done 70-80 ish with the snake method in there but normally around the 100 mark which is fine for a 8 hour pulled pork

right first off ill admit this is a brain fart on my behalf, i wasnt drinking but was looking after my 11 month old daughter. i got a bit ambitious doing a pulled pork, brisket and beef roast all at once. anyway long story short, foiled the pork and beef then took one out at 70 and cooked the other ...
